Please call the night before between 5-7pm to confirm the weather and pick up times. Times may very due to the weather. You will be given the latest weather forecast, please let the booking office know if you are planning to summit Mt Ngauruhoe or Mt Tongariro.
Please take a cell phone with you, as we do have some cell phone coverage on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, (depending on what service provider you are with)
You are trekking over a volcanic mountain; you need to be prepared for all seasons.
